2 Creeks at Camas Meadows is located on the outskirts of the city of Camas, Washington. Camas is situated in the eastern hilly portion of Clark County and home to approximately 20,000 residents. Several large, high-tech manufacturing industries call this jewel of the Pacific Northwest their home. Located along the banks of the Columbia River, this small city has become a serious contender for international companies considering relocation and expansion.

Traveling east on Pacific Rim Boulevard, a breathtaking view of Prune Hill opens up a unique visual perspective of an ancient, dormant volcano. Named for its turn-of-the- century prune orchards, this area boasts some of the region’s most stunning viewpoints. Camas is a city in Clark County, Washington, with a population of 19,355. Officially incorporated on June 18, 1906, Camas has undergone a transformation driven by the influx of several white-collar, high tech companies including Hewlett-Packard, Sharp Microelectronics, Linear Technology, WaferTech and Underwriters Labs.

 
 

Camas was founded as the Lacamas Colony in 1883 by Henry Pittock who owned the Oregonian newspaper. The up-river location from Vancouver made it an ideal site for his new papermill. The town was named after the Camas Lilly which was used as food by the local Chinook Tribes. This agricultural town was incorporated in 1906 as an active Prohibition town. Its incorporation was done as a way to control alcohol.

The east side of town borders the city of Washougal, Washington, and the west side of town borders Vancouver, Washington. Camas lies along the Washington side of the Columbia River, across from Troutdale, Oregon and is a part of the Portland, Oregon Metropolitan Statistical Area as defined by the United States Census Bureau. At this juncture, the Columbia River is nearly a mile wide. Vehicle traffic flows across the Columbia via the interstate bridge on I-5 and the Glenn Jackson bridge on I-205. The main road through town is the limited-access SR 14 expressway. Based on per capita income, Camas ranks 59th the 522 areas in the State of Washington.

We have assembled three extremely accomplished professionals to drive all aspects of the 2 Creeks at Camas Meadows Luxury Condo Development.

Dennis Paniflov, our President, was recruited to lead the 2 Creeks Construction Team. Dennis’s custom work has been a mainstay at the Clark County Parade of Homes. On a larger scale, he led construction of the 88,000 square foot Bonneville Hot Springs Resort.

Overseeing on site construction, James Northrup, our Lead Construction Supervisor will be tasked with coordinating day-to-day leadership of our crews. With over 30 years of leading top-quality teams, James is the guy you want in place when nothing less than stellar work is acceptable.

Jonathan Romano, 2 Creeks  Sales & Marketing Manager, brings over a decade of experience as one of Clark county’s top producers. Jonathan  is driven buy one simple belief; that the luckiest people in the world are those who love their work, and he is proud to say that he is one of the luckiest. Born and raised in Vancouver, Jonathan offers real world knowledge of all aspects of the local real estate market. He strives to create relationships built on trust and confidence that will provide his clients with a stress free buying or selling experience.
